Welcome to Boatargo CRM & Sales Portal. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Boatargo CRM and the Boatargo Sales Portal (“Services”). By accessing or using these Services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Boatargo” – The CRM and Sales Portal platform provided by Boatargo.
  • “User” – Any individual or company using Boatargo CRM & Sales Portal.
  • “Broker” – Yacht brokers and dealers using Boatargo to manage listings, leads, and sales.
  • “Listing” – A yacht or boat added to the platform for sale.
  • “Subscription” – A paid plan granting access to Boatargo’s CRM and listing management tools.

2. BOATARGO CRM & SALES PORTAL SERVICES

Boatargo provides a Salesforce-powered CRM designed for yacht brokers to manage their sales process, create listings, track leads, and automate client communication.

2.1 Account & Contact Management

  • Brokers can store and manage their client database, interactions, and deal history securely within Boatargo CRM.
  • Users are responsible for keeping client data accurate and up to date.

2.2 Boat Listing & Publishing

  • Brokers can create, manage, and publish boat listings to the Boatargo Sales Portal and integrated third-party sales platforms (e.g., Yachtall).
  • Boatargo does not verify or guarantee listing accuracy—Brokers are responsible for ensuring all details (boat specifications, pricing, images) are correct.

2.3 Lead Capture & Buyer Matching

  • Boatargo automatically captures inquiries from multiple channels (sales portals, broker websites, chatbot, etc.) and links them to listings.
  • The AI-powered buyer matching tool suggests potential buyers based on past inquiries and customer data.

2.4 Brochure & Document Management

  • Brokers can generate and share professional brochures using built-in or custom templates.
  • Boatargo CRM allows storage of relevant documents, including insurance, survey reports, and sales agreements.

2.5 Reporting & Analytics

  • Brokers can access real-time dashboards tracking listing performance, buyer engagement, and inquiry conversion rates.
  • Traffic analytics allow users to monitor how often their listings are viewed.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Subscription Plans

Boatargo CRM & Sales Portal offers two plans:

  • Enterprise Plan – Monthly: $99 per company per month (includes 1 Admin User).
  • Enterprise Plan – Yearly: $999 per company per year (includes 1 Admin User).
  • Additional user licenses: $10 per month per user (monthly plan) or $120 per year per user (yearly plan).

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed upfront and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused subscriptions.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method.

4. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

  • Boatargo does not access, store, or manage broker account data, contacts, or listings in any way.
  • All data remains within the User’s own Salesforce environment, following Salesforce’s enterprise-grade security standards.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy laws when handling customer information.

5. LISTING CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brokers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
  • Listings must not contain misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.
  • Boatargo is not liable for incorrect listings, pricing discrepancies, or disputes arising from sales transactions.

6. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Users agree not to:

  • Use Boatargo for unauthorized commercial activities outside of yacht sales.
  • Upload malicious software, false data, or copyrighted material without permission.
  • Engage in unauthorized data scraping, automation, or spam-related activities.

Boatargo reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Boatargo is provided “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We are not liable for financial losses due to system downtime, data errors, or third-party integrations.
  • Users agree to indemnify Boatargo against any claims related to misuse, fraudulent listings, or disputes between buyers and brokers.

8. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

  • Users can cancel subscriptions anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  • Boatargo reserves the right to terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent or unethical activities.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkiye.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration, with the decision being final and binding.
